The Beautiful Sichuan, Happy Chengdu event recently kicked off with a concert in Sichuan's provincial capital Chengdu. American performer Peter Buffett, Chinese saxophone player Li Manlong and soprano Zhang Li, presented a show blending international pop music with the folk tunes of Sichuan's ethnicities, and a dash of classical genres.
