A peek at Jinsha's ancient wares

Journalists representing 13 media outlets from countries including India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore were invited to tour Jinsha Site Museum, Chengdu, Sichuan province, in late September.

The museum aims to protect and display the archaeological finds of the Jinsha site and also to facilitate research concerning the site, which dates back about 3000 years and was discovered in 2001. Experts have stated that the relics are some of the world's most precious gold and jade wares.
