5. Qiandenghu (Thousand Lantern Lake) Park
The park's name comes from its beautiful night view, when more than a thousand lights cast glimmers on the large artificial lake, drawing residents for after-dinner walks. The park's people-friendly design won the 2015 Urban Open Space Award from the US-based Urban Land Institute. The award is dubbed the Oscar of landscape design.
