3. The Ancient Nanfeng Kiln Cultural and Creative Zone
The kiln, which was built during the Ming Dynasty, has been continuously firing for more than 500 years. Experienced potters show visitors the ancient method of shaping the clay with a partner using a foot-powered potting wheel.
The zone is filled with traditional handicrafts, quiet lanes and alleys, and the studios of Shiwan pottery artists.
