Changsha's 4.5-ton cake breaks Guinness world record

Cake fans in Changsha in Central China's Hunan province got a bite of a 4.5-ton cake that broke a Guinness world record.

The super cake is 5.1-meters long, 3.5-meters wide and 0.9-meter high, with 1,200 kilograms of cream and 250 kilograms of fruit, such as pineapples and coconuts. It took 45 bakers three days to complete the biggest-ever cake.

Exhibited for a short time, the cake was sliced into small pieces for passersby to taste.
