Young driver's death arouses reflection

The last micro blog post of a young mother who died following a car crash has been widely forwarded by netizens, raising awareness of drunk driving.

The woman, known as Anna830321 on the Web, was 29 and lived in Shantou, in South China's Guangdong province.

She had a car accident on the early morning of Aug 19 shortly after posting on her Sina Weibo micro blog account: "I’m very drunk, but still have to drive back home."

She crashed her car in a viaduct and was taken to hospital shortly after she posted those words on Weibo, Shantou TV reported.

"She passed away on Aug 21", Anna's friend, netizen Ellie Yuan said on her own Weibo account.

According to Anna830321's Weibo account, she was the loving mother of a little boy, and liked to drink with friends occasionally.

Up to Nov 2, Anna's last words had been forwarded more than 60,000 times on the Sina Weibo micro blog platform.

Most of the netizens' comments showed their sympathy for Anna and her child.

"What will your baby do without you?" a netizen named Angel Yang wrote.
