Chinese pilot Tang Duo, who worked as an air force instructor in the Soviet Union, achieved feats of heroism during the war. Participating in dozens of air combats against Germany as deputy head of the Aerial Shooting Regiment since 1944, Tang led a series of successful strikes against Nazi Germany. He was awarded the Medal of the Soviet Union's Great Patriotic War, the blue ribbon, for the great contributions he made.
