Most of us think of barbeque when we think of Brazilian restaurants. Actually, barbecue is loved by the whole continent and it is a tradition for many South Americans to get together with friends and families to eat grilled meat on weekends. The countries may have different ways to call a restaurant that serves barbeque, but they are similar in style, usually offering unlimited meat, and served by waiters walking around with big skewers to slice meat onto the diners'plates.
