Man draws 7-meter-long illustration for driving test

A man in his 50s made an extraordinarily long, hand drawn picture to pass a driving test, the Chongqing Morning Post reported.

On the seven-meter long, 40-centimeter wide paper, the man, surnamed Zhang, wrote notes and drew specific symbols of any key points one might encounter during the test.

The report said it was the first time that Zhang took the driving test. Zhang made the drawing based on specifications for the license test and detailed descriptions from guide books.

Zhang's drawing has gone viral after the photo was uploaded online, with many people giving him a thumbs up for his skill on paper, and wishing him good luck on the test.

Others said it was not worth the effort. "Drawing this kind of picture is no better than more practice," an online user commented.

Zhang is due to take the driving test on Jan 6.
