5、Shaanxi Cultural Relics Exhibited in South Korea

To mark the 15th anniversary of China establishing diplomatic relations with the Republic of Korea and to further promote the understanding of Shaanxi, Shaanxi province is sponsoring the "Shaanxi and Republic of Korea Cooperative Week" in ROK between August 31 and September 9. Exhibition of Shaanxi cultural relics, organized by the Shaanxi province Bureau of Cultural Relics, will be the highlight of the cultural exchange for the week. The theme is "Friendship, cooperation, development."

Between August 31 and September 2, the sponsor also makes some performances at the square in front of the Seoul Museum of History to promote Shaanxi puppets, martial arts, acrobatics and traditional opera as well as folk music to the people of ROK, through which they can learn more about the Chinese province.
