"I have always felt close to the song. I was inspired by the song that everyone of us is a passer-by of the earth, and the planet is like the hotel we put up for the night," Zhang said.

The best part of the song is the line 'You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave'. It says that no one can escape the reality, we have to face it and take active changes to make it a better place."

Doug, founder of Ocean Recovery Alliance, said he has been following the environmental issues for long, and he felt the urge for ordinary man to do something.

"If you look back, you'll know that some commitments reached at the previous talks didn't really happen. It is hard to reach and perform a common goal through a conference because there are so many interested parties involved. But it is important for the ordinary people to realize the urgency of taking care of our environment while they can, and Listen Paris 2015 inspires a broad population to become engaged on this issue via the unifying link of music."

"We really hope that more people could join us and share their resolution to move toward a renewable future. Let's push the snowball to the top and let it roll to become bigger and bigger," Doug said.
