"We hope that in the future China would be another great investor in Tanzania. What's more, we expect better companies from Liaoning invest in Tanzania and would employ more Tanzanians and make contribution to the Tanzania's economy. We hope individuals and companies to know the culture of the local people and to understand the laws of the country. In other words, we'll make every effort to create a win-win situation."

"I'm delighted to point out that the principle for business from Chinese companies to make an inquiry on investment on Nigeria is quiet welcoming. Even the present numbers of Chinese companies are few, but I think the next few years the whole of China will come to Nigeria. We are looking forward a continuous business invested by companies from Liaoning province in Nigeria in both possible ways."

"Uganda and China are stronger economically engaged, both in terms of trade and investment. So that's why we are in Liaoning to find companies that can deal with the government. We have government hospitals and we need medicine supply and medical equipments. So if there are companies in Liaoning which can supply these to our government or are willing to establish infrastructure facilities, we will support them."

"We are developing our relations with China now. And it is also why we are here to promote our relationship with Liaoning. There are not many projects between South Africa and Liaoning Province right now but this is what we are searching for and paying attention to. We hope we can have more cooperation in various sectors with this province."
