Participants praise Xi's speech at CIIE opening
In his speech in at the opening ceremony, President Xi said that China will continue to further its reform and open-up policy and optimize the business environment. I am very much encouraged. First of all, for foreign-funded enterprises, market opening has created great opportunities for the enterprises to further develop and grow in China, and for consumers, more high-quality products will enter the Chinese market, achieve win-win development, and then promote the steady growth of China's economy. I have been in China for more than four years, and I feel that deepening reform and opening- up has brought rapid market growth. In many ways, China International Import Expo is a very good platform for China to communicate with the world. We have also successfully signed for the third Import Expo next year, and will expand the booth area, introduce more brands and promote the development of business. We hope that more overseas people from all walks of life can learn about the Chinese market through this platform.
