Body of missing Chinese man found in his Paris apartment

Chinese citizen Liu Anyu, who went missing in Paris on Nov 13, the same day the French capital was attacked by terrorists, has been found dead in his apartment by police, the Chinese embassy said on Sunday.

According to the embassy, Liu did not show up for work on Friday morning. At the request of his family, the embassy assisted the local police in the search and found his body in his apartment.

The cause of death is still under investigation and no link is suspected between Liu's death and the attacks.
