Unico, just opened at Shanghai's prestigious Three on the Bund, is a Latin-themed cocktail and tapas lounge helmed by Michelin-starred Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco. Its menu is drawn from various regions of Latin America like Patagonia and the Caribbean. The lounge offers favorites like Fresh Crab Meat with Avocado and Grapefruit or Clams with Smoked Eggplant Caviar and Criolla Sauce - all of which goes well with the wonderful view out the window.
