Xichuan county
Located close to mountains and rivers, Xichuan has rich natural resources that make it an ideal city for nature lovers.
The county is a core water source for the middle portion of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, with the water being preserved well enough to meet the national high quality standard for drinking water.
Xichuan has won honorable titles such as a model city of traditional folk art in 2011 by the Ministry of Culture and the National Cultural County in 2015.
