Almost 70 pct of voters in Hartlepool back leaving EU - BBC

LONDON -- Almost 70 percent of voters in Hartlepool in northeast England have backed Britain leaving the European Union in Thursday's membership referendum, the BBC reported.

Analysis published by J.P. Morgan before the vote had predicted 57.1 percent of voters in Hartlepool would support Brexit.
