City holds job fair for drug addicts
One of the most effective ways to help drug addicts is to help them reenter the workforce.
Twenty companies held a job fair for 300 drug addicts in eight rehabilitation centers in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality on Wednesday, Chinanews.com reported.
The jobs range from electronics manufacturing, food processing to healthcare, with the highest pay at 5,000 yuan ($805) per month – higher than the average monthly income of urban employers in Chongqing.
