A bird flies in the Lalu Wetland National Nature Reserve, Dec 4, 2013. Lhasa, capital of Tibet autonomous region, will carry out a 700 million yuan program to protect the nature reserve, also known as "the lung of Lhasa". The project involves relocation, ecological restoration, seepage-prevention, wetland extension and so on. As the world's largest and highest urban wetland reserve, Lalu enjoys an area of 12.2-square-kilometers and is home to 62 kinds of rare birds. [Photo/Xinhua]
