These features include Chinese people's cosmic views on the harmony of man with nature, social views of harmony in diversity, and values of taking ren (benevolence) as one's own duty and self-cultivation. The Nishan Forum and intellectuals across China are very willing to contribute to the cause."
A man in Beijing filed a lawsuit that seeks compensation for his medical bill, plus 2,400 yuan ($385) for a basketball-game ticket, after he said he was injured by a taxi and missed the game, Beijing Times reported on Sunday. The man, identified only by his surname, Zheng, said he was riding an electric motorbike on his way to a finals game of the Chinese Basketball Association on March 23 when a door of a taxi beside him suddenly opened and knocked him to the ground.
