Nowadays, livelihood on islands has greatly improved, as ovens, pancake makers and soybean milk machines are brought there. They find joy in the toughest days, creating ways to make life more prosper. Soldiers can have cakes on their birthdays now, as opposed to a simple steamed bun decorated with fruits in the past years. Moreover, old soldiers pass down their experience of life to the newly enlisted.
