English Voice Club set up in Beijing

On Aug 23, 2012, the first English Voice Club in China was set up in Beijing.

The club has 10 little VIP members, from three English-speaking countries, the UK, the US and Canada. The little stars play different roles in Emma's family, which is the main part of FUN+ Bilingual Cartoon MMS product of Chinadaily.com.

Ms. Duan Ruolan, general director of the Office of Editor In Chief of Chinadaily.com, and Ms. Li Xin, vice chief editor of Chinadaily.com and head of C-Cartoon Company, helped launch the club, with Ms. Li giving a brief opening speech. She expressed thanks to all the guests and sent best wishes for the future of English Voice Club; then she awarded each of the children with a certificate of honor and badge.

The parents of the VIP members also got a chance to talk to Chinadaily.com staff members. They expressed thanks to the club organizers and best wishes for the new English Voice Club.

Later, in a short interview, the parents talked about their opinions on the setting up of this club.
