Simran (China)

If the company doesn't pay the education gap, we have no choice but to pay it. When there are so many other strivers competing in the labor market with you, there's no longer an excuse to expect to be given things. Now in China the job market is very tight. Job seekers realize that they have to be competitive both on cost and quality. If you don't find a way to learn, work hard, excel, and stand out, the crowd will trample you.
