Railway station in Southwest Germany evacuated for bombing threat

BERLIN - A railway station in the southwestern state of Baden-Wurttemberg in Germany has been evacuated and blocked for a bombing threat on Tuesday morning, local media reported.

Traffic has been interrupted since around 09:15 a.m. (0715 GMT) after the threat was reported, Welt newspaper reported, quoting a local police spokesperson.

The state and federal police are searching explosives, according to the spokesperson. No injury was reported.
