BEIJING - The eastern Chinese water-town of Wuzhen is gearing up to hold the Second World Internet Conference on December 16. This year's conference will bring together over two thousand attendees from more than 120 countries and regions. It focuses on the future and development of the Internet.

President Xi Jinping will also give a key-note speech. Host town Wuzhen is fully prepared for the event. It goes without saying that internet connection will be available everywhere in the town, with over 3-thousand WI-FI spots set up. And paying for meals and other services will be that much faster, by scanning QR Codes placed everywhere with smart phones.
