Villager encounters a lost bear

Some villagers noticed a black dog barking at an animal the same size as itself on the side of a road when they were heading home in Chang'an district, Xi'an, Shaanxi province on May 1, reported Xi'an Evening News.

The villagers found that the bear cub seemed to have lost its mother. One of the villagers took it home to keep it safe since the cub was still suckling and needed milk. The cub eats four meals a day with abundant milk and ham.

A few days later, out of consideration for the bear's good, they sent it to a professional shelter for wild animals, where it will be taken care of until it grows into an adult bear and can take care of itself.

In our next story, thousands of wind chimes are looted by tourists.
