Man in women's clothes sells napkins for daughter
A man dressed as a woman sold sanitary napkins on the street to raise money for his sick daughter in Chengdu city, Sichuan province, Chengdu Economic Daily reported on Friday.
The man, surnamed Wang, said he began dressing up as a woman to catch people's attention in order to raise money for his two-year-old daughter who had leukemia.
After media highlighted his case, Wang received more than 400,000 yuan ($65,244) donations from strangers the very next day, enough for his daughter's treatment. However, he left with all the money for Jinan in Shandong province where the girl's disease was diagnosed and disappeared after that, arousing people's suspicion.

Video surveillance shows that a man tried on a wedding dress after breaking into a store in Zhejiang province, Xin'an Evening News reported on its Sina Weibo on Thursday.
The thief looked at his appearance in a mirror for a few minutes in the dress, and seemed pleased with the look.

Anglers scoop up giant catch
Three avid anglers have scooped up a giant fish that weighs more than 50 kilos and is 1.65-meter-long, in Yunlong Lake of Xuzhou city, Jiangsu province, on Friday, CCTV reported on its Sina Weibo.
As it could possibly be a rare breed, they returned it to the lake.

TX4 cabs roll out in Shanghai
The first batch of TX4 cabs, launched by Shanghai LTI, was put into operation in Shanghai on Saturday, dfic.cn reported. The 50 cabs painted in bronze stand out due to their barrier-free access and multifunctional designs. These cabs are targeted at those passengers who have special needs. Around 200 TX4s will enter the Shanghai cab market.
