1、The Fourth China-Russia Women's Culture Week

The fourth China-Russia Women's Culture Week opened in Moscow on June 2nd, with president of the All-China Women's Federation Gu Xiulian in attendance.

As part of the cultural week, Gu Xiulian watched a dancing-and-singing show by typical families from both countries.

She says families are the cells of society. They are also people’s happiness index. "We are in families to love, to care, and to support. Meanwhile, we have also learned to love, to care and to strive for our families."

The week-long China-Russia Women's Culture Week is one of the state-level events of the Year of China in Russia. Other events for the culture week will include a forum between Chinese and Russian women, and an exhibition of folk handicrafts.
