Two shot, one killed in North China

One man was shot dead and another injured near a residential community in Cangzhou city, Hebei province on Saturday, Chinanews.com reported.

The men were shot after they left a liquor store by four masked men. One man collapsed immediately and the other, who was injured, ran into a nearby barbershop.

A witness, who works at the beauty salon opposite the barbershop, said she heard three shots. She went outside and saw a man run into the barbershop, followed by four masked gunmen, who later fled in a car.

Police are investigating the incident and searching for the suspects. This is the second shooting in Cangzhou city since June 9.
