Nine people were killed and another 11 injured in a road accident in Central China's Hubei province on Sunday, Chutian Metropolis Daily reported.
The accident happened at a junction in Xiaogan city's Xiaonan district on National Highway No 107 around 5:20 pm when a passenger coach carrying 37 people collided with a truck.
The injured were sent to hospital. Further investigations into the cause of the accident are under way.
