BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Chen Lei, minister of water resources, will attend the inauguration ceremony of new Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday, at the invitation of the Turkish government.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Qin Gang made the announcement here on Wednesday.
