Large Medium SmallYulin city has suffered from a shortage of water resources and the problem has affected people's lives and the region's economic development.
Since China launched the drinking water project in the countryside in 2007, the local government has been making an effort in improving people's lives. Investment in the drinking water project has totalled 883 million yuan and solved the water safety problem for 299,800 households, 1.79 million people.
