With a ticket purchased for hundreds of yuan, visitors can enjoy the Chinese mainland's first Disneyland theme park in Shanghai, which has been open to the public since June 16. But for Wei Gensheng, a worker and photographer who participated in the building of the themepark, witnessing the construction progress is more interesting. Wei was working for the project for about three years, and used his camera to record the park at different construction stages, different seasons and different times of the day. "I feel very proud to witness a world famous theme park to be built upon a flat ground," he said.
