Students attend an auto mechanic training class in Baise, a city in South China’s Guangxi province, May 24, 2012. The class is part of the nation’s 3-year vocational training program in the province with the aim to “train a student, enrich a family.” Some 1,500 poor stuents have received free training from mould manufacturing to auto repairing since July 2011. Each is granted an annual allowance of $4,000 ($630). On May 24, 2012, a new round of training will be launched for 300,000 agricultural workers from poverty-stricken areas. [Photo / Xinhua]
