Tujia students enjoy nutritious lunch

Shu Yunzhou distributes lunch to students at Luoquanyan Primary School, Xuan'en County of Hubei province, May 23, 2012. Shu is the only teacher in this school which has 8 students of Tujia ethnic minority. The authorities now allocate 24 yuan a day for the 8 students as their lunch subsidies. Xuan'en county launched a "School Lunch Programe" in April this year, offering subsidies to provide nutritious lunch for students and since then, for the first time, a school kitchen was built in Luoquanyan Primary School.
