Homemade 'Hummer' runs no faster than a man

Qu Zhibo, a chef from Zigong, Sichuan province test drives a "Hummer" - that he made himself - on Dec 5, 2011. It took three years for him to finish the work at a cost of 4,000 yuan ($631). He made most of the auto parts himself except for the engine, steering wheel, tank and tires. The vehicle can be filled with a maximum of 3 liters of gasoline at one time, and it runs at a maximum speed of 30 kilometers per hour. [Photo/CFP]
