A man rents a public bicycle in Honggutan district, Nanchang city, capital of East China’s Jiangxi province, Sept 3, 2010. Nanchang plans to spread the bicycle leasing service to the whole city as a measure to reduce traffic jams and encourage people to use green transportation.
