Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo and 10,000 compatriots were scheduled to welcome 4-year-old pandas Xing Hui and Hao Hao on Sunday upon a very high-profile arrival.
A pair of giant pandas, Xing Hui and Hao Hao, will start their journey from the Dujiangyan base of the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda to Belgium, on Feb 22.
