14th China Plastics Expo the biggest ever

 The 14th China Plastics Expo will be held on November 6 in the city of Yuyao in East China's Zhejiang province.

The Expo has already attracted strong interest, with 80 percent of all 1,133 exhibition booths reserved by July 31. A massive 232 enterprises are expected to take part in the Expo.

The number of booths has increased by 9 percent since last year. As a result, the preparation committee for the Expo has expanded the exhibition space by 4000 square meters, said Lu Jianguo, vice mayor of Yuyao, on Thursday.

The China Plastics Expo is one of 108 key exhibitions led and supported by the Ministry of Commerce this year. As the most influential national exhibition in China's plastics industry, the annually held Expo is the biggest and most prestigious of its kind.

The theme for this year's Expo is "transforming and upgrading to create a bright future together".
