China Telecom abets spam messages
A number of China Telecom provincial firms are running spam messaging businesses to earn huge profits, China Central Television, China's largest television network, said Thursday night.
Shanghai Telecom, one of the few exposed companies, responded that it will launch a thorough and serious investigation into the irregularities and vows to have wrongdoers punished.
