Pupils learn to trade at school flea market

A flea market named "Happy Life Experience Site for Little Fish" was held on Oct 25, 2012 at the Hupan campus of No 21 Primary School, Yinchuan city, Ningxia Hui autonomous region. Pupils traded their toys, school supplies and books.

Some students also laid out paintings, calligraphy and handicrafts that they produced with their own hands for charity, and donated most of the profit to the school's "love fund". More than a thousand students and teachers took part in the activity. Parents were also invited to the market.

According to a teacher at the school, this is the first time the school has held a flea market. The event aimed to let children learn about exchange and cooperation, develop study skills, organizational skills, adaptability and financial management skills.
