In the Name of the People (Mandarin)

In the Name of People is the hottest TV drama in China right now. It's based on a book of the same name written by Zhou Meisen. The plot revolves around a detective's efforts to unearth corruption within a fictional Chinese city. With one corruption case followed by another, a graft chain gradually emerges.

The release coincides with the Chinese government's unprecedented anti-corruption campaign.
