4. Plastic bags no longer free in Hong Kong

Rules that changed on April 1, and it's not a joke

All commercial outlets, with certain exceptions, will no longer provide free plastic bags to customers in Hong Kong in a bid to encourage less usage. Customers shall pay at least HK$0.5 for plastic bags used to wrap goods.
