WASHINGTON - Boston Celtics edged defending champion Miami Heat 111-110 through a 0.6-second buzzer beater from Jeff Green on Saturday.

Dwayne Wade missed both of his free throws and the Celtics got 0.6 seconds to finish the last shot. Jeff Green made full use of the time, hitting a corner three pointer to win the game.

The Celtics had a three-game winning streak after the victory.

Jeff Green had 24 points for the Celtics. Avery Bradley added 17.

James bagged 25 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assist, two rebounds short of a "triple double". Wade and Chris Bosh had 18 and 20 points respectively.
