Fan Jixiang Had Meeting with the Founder of AUSTRAL of Argentina

Fan Jixiang, chairman of POWERCHINA, met with Lazaro Baez, founder of Austral on Aug 12. They exchanged views on future cooperation.

Fan Jixiang introduced POWERCHINA and its subsidiary SINOHYDRO and explained their integrated service model and multi-sector business portfolio. He also discussed POWERCHINA's global achievements in the infrastructure sector and its presence in Latin American markets. Fan Jixiang pointed out that POWERCHINA cherished the good relations with Austral and hoped to push cooperation between the two companies to a new level.

Baez talked about AUSTRIAL's business, which covers multiple sectors such as energy, infrastructure, forestry, animal husbandry and trade services. He said AUSTRISAL, being one of the most important enterprises in Argentina, was keen to establish strategic cooperative relationships with multinational corporations like POWERCHINA and achieve mutual benefits. He hoped to see more extensive and deeper cooperation between the two companies in different sectors.

Sinohydro's management also attended the meeting.
