Baikuyao: Special branch of Yao ethnic group

Villagers of the Baikuyao Nationality Eco-villages perform copper-drum dance in Huaili Village of Lihu Yao Autonomous Township of Nandan County in Hechi City, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, March 7, 2012. The Baikuyao is a sepcial branch of the Yao ethnic group in southwest China with a population of about 30,000. The branch is recognized as the nationality branch preserving the most complete nationality culture by the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
