Tea Leoni, Ben Stiller reunite in action comedy

LOS ANGELES - Tea Leoni is joining the high-profile cast of action comedy "Tower Heist," as Ben Stiller's love interest.

The Universal Pictures project reunites the two actors, both of whom starred together in the 1996 comedy, "Flirting With Disaster."

"Heist" also stars Eddie Murphy, Alan Alda, Gabourey Sidibe and Michael Pena. Brett Ratner is directing.

Stiller stars as an overworked manager of an illustrious tower residence. He leads a team of defrauded workers in a heist of its penthouse tenant, a Bernie Madoff-type Wall Street capitalist who pulled a Ponzi scheme and swindled the staff.

Leoni will play an FBI agent on who knows Stiller is planning a heist but falls for his rakish charm anyway.

The film is Leoni's second collaboration with Ratner. She previously starred in his 2000 movie "Family Man" with Nicolas Cage.

Leoni last appeared on screen in the 2009 film "The Smell of Success."
