Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl and her mother are set to turn Jaqueline Sheehan's bestseller Lost & Found into a new movie after asking the author for the film rights.

The Emmy Award winner read the book on a recent vacation and optioned it for her production company Abishag, according to Daily Variety.

The book follows the fortunes of a distraught widow who takes a job in a remote Maine animal hospital.
