Hilary Duff's upcoming album has been pushed back once again.

Duff's first studio album since her self-titled sophomore effort in 2004 was first expected to drop November 21st. Then, the as-yet-untitled album was pushed to December 5th. Now, it's been announced that fans of the teen tart won't be getting the new record until February, 2007.

Apparently, the singer-actress needs more time to focus on her new movie, "War Inc.," which she is currently filming with John Cusack.

Expect a harder sound from Duff when the new album finally does drop. Her website - which used to be bright pink - is now a sober black. No doubt the influence of her "rocker" boyfriend, Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden.
