'Miami Vice' not doing so nice

The film remake of the 1980s TV series 'Miami Vice' looks to be going down the drain, after experiencing budget problems and having bad reviews, according to press reports in the US.

The movie readying for a 28 July release in the US has a casting of stars like actors Jamie Foxx and Colin Farrell cost 125 million dollars.

"And that's just what we're admitting to. It's probably more like 150 million dollars. Director Michael Mann has reportedly been furiously editing the film, which apparently fails to capture the spirit of the original hit series. Michael still has time to fix it, but not much. But he would have to pull off a miracle to make it work," Contactmusic quoted a source at Universal Pictures as telling Fox news. (ANI)
